本系列機床除具備普通單柱電動液壓機的定壓、定時、定程各種性能外，對壓力及行程較高精 度的預設和顯示是其主要特征，液壓系統采用比例控制，電控系統采用 PLC，通過傳感器能精確地 顯示出工作受壓及位移量，另配有斷電記憶功能的工作計數器，適用于對壓力精度、行程精度要求 高的壓制成型工藝。 另本公司可根據用戶要求，實現壓力、位移、速度等主要參數的高精度控制、顯示、記憶等， 并配置觸摸屏、工控機、打印機，亦可采取防爆措施，用于軍工行業。
HIGH PRECISION HYDRAULIC PRESSES This machine is suitable for hight precision pressure forming of parts form plastic material and metal powder and axle sleeve parts.The main machine is of ctype construction,closed;the hydraulic system be controlled by proportional control valove,the electrical system be controlled by PLC.It can display hight precision pressure and displacement with sensor.
